The Menu at Blossom in the Aria

Blossom Restaurant Menu – Aria Las Vegas

Appetizers

Starting with the appetizers, Blossom offers a wide range of authentic and inspired dishes that you won’t want to miss, like the Crispy Fried Shrimp On White Toast.

Loved by regulars, it comes with butterfly-cut shrimp on fried toast with mayonnaise and sweet and sour sauce. I strongly recommend starting with this plate.

However, their classic options, like Egg Rolls, Pot Stickers, and Lettuce Wraps, also make excellent choices.

Soup

Blossom’s soup selections include authentic Chinese favorites such as Hot and Sour, Wor Wonton, Chicken Corn Chowder, and a Tofu with Assorted Mushrooms soup that vegetarians love.

If you are in the mood for something more exclusive, they also prepare a Hong Kong-Style Soup of the Day that highlights the chefs’ culinary expertise.

Seafood

Blossom has a sprawling seafood selection that serves as the menu’s centerpiece. Their dishes prioritize using only the freshest seafood, and many plates are sourced live from their tanks on-site.

With lobster, crab, scallops, clam, prawn, shrimp, and an array of fish options, you will surely find your favorites, plus a whole lot more.

The Hong Kong-style Maine Lobster is a house specialty. It is prepared in several ways to suit your preference, but the most popular is fried with garlic and pepper.

The menu also includes Lobster Tail served with varying regional sauces and flavors.

If you like shrimp, Blossom will not disappoint. They feature an abundance of delectable shrimp plates like Steamed Jumbo Shrimp, Cantonese Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, Walnut Shrimp, and more.

Or, if you’re in the mood for fish, the Crispy Fried Chilean Sea Bass is another house specialty.

Meat

The meat section of the menu is home to Blossom’s most sought-out dish, the Peking Duck.

This house specialty is served with cucumber, scallions, hoisin sauce, and wraps or steamed buns. The tender meat comes with perfectly crisped skin and is carved tableside for your enjoyment.

This part of the menu also includes an array of pork, beef, lamb, duck, and chicken plates, all of which feature delectable authentic Chinese flavors.

From Cantonese-Style Fried Chicken to Mongolian Beef to Twice Cooked Pork, you really can’t go wrong.

If you enjoy spicy foods, the Spicy Shredded Pork with Firm Tofu and Pepper is another stand-out selection.

Fried Rice

The fried rice plates at Blossom include premium ingredients and outstanding flavor combinations.

They offer familiar options like Vegetable Fried Rice and Yang Chow Fried Rice, as well as unique compilations like Egg White and Dried Scallop Fried Rice.

I recommend the Foo Jian-Style Fried Rice with diced chicken, abalone, duck, scallops, shrimp, Chinese broccoli stalk, and brown gravy.

Noodles

At Blossom, noodles make the perfect addition to your meal’s entree selections. The most versatile noodle dish is the Chow Mein.

It comes with your choice of noodles and protein, including all the usuals and an array of seafood, allowing for a level of customization that ensures complete satisfaction.

If you can handle a bit of heat, the Singapore Vermicelli is my top recommendation. It is prepared with shrimp, BBQ pork, veggies, and curry powder.

Other noodle dishes include Chow Fun and Braised E-Fu Noodles with Diced Scallops and Enoki Mushrooms.

Clay Pot

Regulars and new visitors alike love Blossom’s authentic clay pot dishes.

The Ox Tail hot pot, another one of Blossom’s house specialties, features intense, savory flavors and comes with carrots, celery, and tomatoes.

The Natural Nine also makes a great choice if you want to try an abundance of flavors in one dish.

It comes braised or with broth and contains abalone, fish maw, lobster tail, sea cucumber, chicken wings, duck feet, yam noodles, cabbage, and mushrooms.

Other clay pot options include Spicy Eggplant with Shredded Pork, Spicy Chicken, and Shrimp Paste Romaine Lettuce.

Vegetables

Lastly, Blossom offers a collection of savory, zesty vegetable dishes prepared with rich sauces and tasty spices.

These plates are great for vegetarians and vegans but also make an excellent addition to meat-centric entrees shared at the table.

In addition to standard Chinese selections like Ma Po Tofu, Chinese Broccoli, and String Beans, they also prepare more unique options such as Pea Leaves and Braised Bai Ling Mushrooms with Baby Bok Choy.

Drinks

If you choose to imbibe, Blossom has a full bar stocked with spirits, beer, and wine.

Their drink menu is carefully curated to compliment your meal and, like the cuisine, includes options for any taste.
