This menu section also includes two whole fish selections, Pacific garoupa and marble goby, Whole Dungeness Crab, Whole Alaskan King Crab served various ways, and Santa Barbara Prawns.
The fresh seafood menu section further highlights Mott 32’s ability to create exemplary fresh seafood dishes. I recommend their Signature Smoked Black Cod. Its expert preparation and smokey flavor make it salty, flaky, and rustic all at the same time.
Another house favorite is the King Prawn, prepared with black pepper, garlic, and soya sauce. For something more inspired, try the Alaskan King Crab Casserole with fish roe and vermicelli.
Additional fresh seafood plates include two scallop dishes, Grilled Sea Bass, Poached Fish Fillet, and three other prawn dishes.

For rice, my top recommendation is Signature Maine Lobster Fried Rice with king oyster mushrooms and edamame. The Alaskan Crabmeat Fried Rice with flying fish roe is a close second.
For Noodles, you can choose between the Vegas-exclusive Stir-Fried Shanghainese Noodle, Crispy Egg Noodle, and two Wok-Fried Flat Rice Noodle dishes.
The vegetable dishes at Mott 32 are more than just an accompaniment. Many of the plates feature meat, and thanks to top-quality ingredients and delicious sauces, they make excellent main course plates for the table. While each selection is worth trying, the Sauteed String Beans with diced Australian wagyu beef is the most popular.
Other stand-out options include the Braised Eggplant with minced pork and chili peppers and the Sauteed Asparagus with jicama and ginkgo nuts.

My top recommendation is the Sweetened Mango Soup with tofu pudding, pomelo, and sago. It may not sound like a dessert, but its unexpected textures and flavors result in delicately sweet perfection.
To compliment your meal, Mott 32’s bar presents you with an extensive list of spirits, sake, and wines from around the world. They have a wine mezzanine and a wine room by the bar that enables them to store 6,000 bottles.
They also offer draft and bottled beer and a curated list of distinct specialty cocktails. One of the most popular, It’s Five O’Clock in Hong Kong, is made with potato vodka, rose liquor, orange sherbert, orange bitters, and strawberry jam.
