Each pie at Grimaldi’s is made with homemade mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings.
They encourage building your own pizza with their wide range of toppings but also have a few Chef’s Selections featuring the perfect combination of flavors.
While I recommend trying their secret recipe pizza sauce, they make delicious white with garlic and pesto sauces for the base too.
Grimaldi’s also serves calzones, salads, desserts, and an array of wines to round out the menu.
In addition to the upscale casual spot in the Palazzo, Grimaldi’s has three other Las Vegas locations.

Since its inception, it has gained nationwide recognition for its deep dish pizza piled high with toppings and then smothered with sauce on top. And now, you can try it right here in Las Vegas!
Sure, Giordano’s makes hand-stretched thin crust and crispy extra-thin crust, but I recommend going for their famous stuffed deep dish pizza.
The crust is crispy, buttery, and magically dense yet airy at the same time, just like you’d find in Chicago.
A second location can be found on W Charleston Blvd.
