Bobby Flay Restaurants in Las Vegas
With several Las Vegas restaurants, and another one coming soon, Bobby Flay is here to stay. While you’re in Las Vegas, make sure to sample some of his exceptional, inspired cuisines at one of the following spots.
Amalfi by Bobby Flay
Inspired by Bobby Flay’s lengthy time spent exploring and living on the Amalfi Coast, Amalfi brings a taste of the Mediterranean to the Las Vegas Strip. Even if you’ve never been yourself, his love for the region, people, culture, and cuisine shines through in every bite, transporting you to another world.
Upscale yet unpretentious, the decor oozes simple elegance and has an air of coastal ease that is instantly relaxing. It is an excellent place to enjoy a leisurely meal with friends, family, or your significant other.
Amalfi by Bobby Flay may have a smaller menu, but every dish included is bursting with fresh, bright flavors and perfectly prepared.
They offer a collection of traditional antipasti dishes, delectable handmade pastas, market-driven fresh seafood, premium steaks, and classic desserts. They even have an expansive seafood display with a fishmonger to answer questions about freshness, sourcing, and more, so you know you’re getting nothing but the best.
Some of the most popular dishes include Roasted Butterflied Prawns, Squid Ink Fettuccine, and Grilled Whole Fish with your choice of seasonings.
In addition to the main dining room, Amalfi features a lounge and bar area with a warm glow created by sunset-style lighting, perfect for an intimate drink or meal.
The bar serves Italian cocktails, including a variety of spritzes, bellinis, and more. They also offer Italian wines and beers that pair perfectly with the food.
Open for dinner daily, come by for some authentic Mediterranean cuisine and drinks with a distinct Bobby Flay twist.
Caesars Palace, Harrah’s, and Paris
The best way to enjoy Bobby Flay’s love for grilling in a casual setting is by visiting Bobby’s Burgers. Conveniently, Las Vegas has three locations, one in Paris, one in Caesars Palace, and another in Harrah’s, so it’s never far away.
As the name suggests, Bobby’s Burgers features a handcrafted burger menu created with Bobby Flay recipes. Their made-to-order fries and burgers have unexpected flavors and gourmet ingredients, resulting in exceptional fare overall.
In addition to signature items like the Crunch Burger with potato chips on top, you’ll also find regular and sweet potato fries, buttermilk battered onion rings, and amazing sauces. Paris also has a veggie burger and a chicken sandwich.
In the morning, Bobby’s Burgers serves breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and lighter fare like oatmeal and yogurt.
Make sure to try Bobby’s Special Sauce with whatever you choose, and if you’re looking for something sweet, the Cookies & Cream Milkshake is Chef’s favorite.
In Caesars Palace, Bobby’s Burgers is located in the Forum Food Hall, their version of a food court, so grabbing something quick is super simple. It is open from 7 AM until 2 AM or 4 AM on Friday and Saturday.
At Harrah’s, Bobby’s Burgers is located in the Fulton Street Food Hall and is open from 6 AM until 12 AM or 3 AM on the weekends.
The Paris location is open from 7 AM until 12 AM or 2 AM on Friday and Saturday. All of these spots facilitate pick-up and delivery orders.
While Brasserie B isn’t quite open yet, it’s already generating a lot of buzz. Slated to open in late 2023, they will serve distinct, timeless French-inspired cuisine for brunch, lunch, and dinner.
Considering Bobby Flay trained at the French Culinary Institute, this feels like an obvious next step for the celebrity chef, so prepare to be wowed.
From the moment you arrive at Brasserie B, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported into a Parisian brasserie from the 30s and 40s. The classic Parisian-style decor includes maroon leather banquettes and expertly designed lighting that emits a golden glow.
Every detail of the decor has been well-planned and executed to evoke an authentic brasserie feel with a deco influence.
Brasserie B’s menu will include a blend of brasserie staples and inspired dishes with surprising flavors, true to Bobby Flay’s style.
One thing they’re going to take very seriously is their French fries. This may sound simple, but actually, they’ve dedicated an entire section of their kitchen to the endeavor so they can be made the authentic Parisian way, which takes two days.
They want to be known as the place for the best French fries in Las Vegas, and they have the skill to pull it off. It may be a joke, but Flay imagines some people will come just for the fries and get a steak on the side.
This eatery will also serve various cuts of premium steak, pork chops, lamb chops, mussels, and more. They also plan to feature a sensational raw bar with lots of super fresh options.
Lastly, one of Bobby Flay’s signature moves is using regional peppers to give his cuisine authenticity, and Brasserie B is no exception. He plans to use Aleppo and Espelette peppers to ensure the flavors pop and leave a bold finish.
Once this spot is open, make sure to come in for a dose of their casual professionalism amidst a bustling, energetic atmosphere.
