Appetizers

Appetizers are the perfect way to start a meal at Jasmine. The Pork Ribs with potato crunchies, garlic, and a breadcrumb topping is a house favorite. The meat is exceptionally tender and pairs perfectly with the other textures and flavors of the dish.

You can also choose between classic dishes like Pot Stickers, Egg Rolls, and BBQ Pork. or savory vegetable dishes like Tempura String Beans, Crispy Fried Eggplant, and Crushed Cucumber.

Expect to pay between $16 and $22 for an appetizer.

The warm, authentic flavors in Jasmine’s soups are both familiar and unexpected, providing you with an elevated version of Chinese favorites.

The Wor Wonton with shrimp, scallops, and BBQ pork is a fan favorite. The Hot & Sour, Corn Chowder, and rotating Soup of the Day also make excellent choices.

You’ll pay $15 or $18 to add soup to your meal.

Live Tank

Jasmine’s Live Tank portion of the menu presents you with the freshest seafood possible. They stock their tanks with Maine Lobster, Santa Barbara Spot Prawn, Dungeness Crab, Alaskan King Crab, Giant Clam, Coral Cod, Red Cod, and Goby, giving you a wide range of choices.

All options are steamed with garlic or salt and pepper, based on your preference, and served with ginger and scallion.

Seafood

Jasmine also offers a delicious selection of seafood dishes that do not come from their live tank. Even though they are not live when you order, you can expect peak freshness thanks to bi-weekly deliveries and premium quality suppliers.

If you like spicy foods, I recommend the Szechuan Shrimp with Thai chili sauce and red onion. Or, treat yourself to the Lobster Tail served with black bean sauce.

Other seafood choices include Pan Fried Scallop Xo, Steamed Sea Bass, Walnut Prawn, and Crispy Squid, all featuring delectable authentic flavors and beautiful presentations.

Seafood offerings cost between $38 and $54, except for the lobster, which cost $125.

The meat selections at Jasmine showcase traditional Chinese flavors and rich sauces from various regions. While you can’t go wrong, the Peking Duck is considered the house specialty. It comes with tableside service and is cooked to perfection.

Noodles

Noodles are another Chinese cuisine favorite that can be enjoyed alone or as the perfect complement to any meal.

Jasmine’s noodle menu offers Beef Chow Fun, Vegetable Lo Mein, Chicken Chow Mein, and Singapore Vermicelli. As a result of vibrant flavors and excellent preparation, I strongly recommend adding one of these dishes to your dining experience.
