Restaurants in the Mirage Las Vegas

Deciding between all the restaurants in the Mirage can be a bit overwhelming. Dress codes, menus, and open times all vary from one restaurant to the next. To make the decision easier for you, I broke down all the restaurants and categorized them into groups you can easily choose from.

Fine Dining Restaurants in the Mirage

Like most hotels in Vegas, the Mirage includes a couple of restaurants that cater to those looking for a truly luxurious dining experience. From Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak to Stack, each of these restaurants provides an unforgettable and sophisticated atmosphere for you to enjoy your meal.

The internationally famous chef Tom Colicchio puts his full skills on display at Heritage Steak restaurant. The classic Prime Rib, world-class Wagyu Steaks, and tender Filet Mignon are all cooked using a white oak open-fire grill.

You can feel the heat from the fire while sitting at some of the tables and the open kitchen chefs are entertaining to watch as they cook high-quality meals for the patrons.

This fine dining establishment has a farm-to-table menu that includes fresh oysters, shrimp, octopus, steaks, and lobster tails. You’ll get classic sides too like whipped potatoes, asparagus, and hand-cut fries.

Stack

The contemporary design of Stack makes it inspiring to just walk through the doors. This restaurant has a sophisticated and modern atmosphere, with an open layout that allows you to view all aspects of the restaurant from any angle.

The mixed menu includes staples from all over the U.S. but with a slightly modern twist. You’ll find Lobster Tacos, Pigs in a Blanket, Hot Rocks (Prime Sirloin with Ponzu prepared tableside), and even Duck Gumbo. The food is paired perfectly with freshly made cocktails like the Cucumber Martini and Liquid Passion.

While the service and food are comparable to fine dining, you’ll feel a little more relaxed here at Stack than you would inside Heritage Steak.

Upscale Sit-Down Dining Options in the Mirage

For those that prefer a nice restaurant but don’t want to fork over a big bill at the end of the night, these upscale sit-down restaurants are perfect. You’ll still get fresh ingredients made by professional chefs but in a more accessible atmosphere anyone will enjoy.

The amazing food is just as good as the decorations with freshly made salsas and guacamole. The real highlights are the Enchilada Platter, Street Tacos, and Fajitas, which include an option for steak or chicken.

For those looking for a lighter meal, the menu also includes selections like the Aguachile-Style Ceviche and Southwest Chicken Caesar Salad. The Chicken Taquitos and Adobo Chicken Nachos are perfect for sharing with the table.
